The World  Mental Health Day 





     The first years of adulthood are very difficult for many people for the changes that occur and the turning from a child to an adult. The changes that occur could be a good or positive changes that we can get a great experience from it, but on the other side it could be negative changes that cause many stress and anxiety for the adults. Therefore, this stress and anxiety if they are not controlled can lead to a very serious mental illness. in this article I will talk about "The World  Mental Health Day" and I will list things/resources that can be used by teachers on this day.

     The World Mental Health Day "WMHDAY" is a day for global mental health education, awareness and advocacy against social stigma. The purpose of this day  is to bring the attention of parents, teachers and the society as a whole to the problem and issues that adults face in today's world. Fortunately, there is a growing recognition of the importance of helping young people build mental resilience, from the earliest ages, in order to cope with the challenges of today's world.



    





    Many school at this day do activities for the students and teachers, introduce them to this day and give them tips about what to do when facing any problem. These schools believe that if we have healthy young adults able to make greater contributions and changes to the workforce, their families and communities and society as a whole. 
These are some pictures that can be used as cards for you as a teacher to spread among the students the importance of talking about their problems ,and that your feelings matter.








 




You can also do a posters and put them all around the schools. These posters could be  tips to less stress or motivational posters to tell others about your problem. Teachers could use reward stickers for the students who start to care about themselves to encourage them.
